Autism $peaks is essentially a business that profits off of autism.

Jerry from the ice cream company Ben and Jerry’s spoke at my college last semester, and he said most businesses give an average of 1% of profits to philanthropic causes. Ben and Jerry’s gives 7% (‘cause they’re badass like that). Autism $peaks is essentially a business that gives 4% of its profits to philanthropic causes since the rest is for marketing/advertising, research for its service: eugenics, day to day expenses, and salaries.
